Ah crapz
Sunday
which is yesterday
I had the most another terrible headache attack
I ended up unable to walk straight but rather swaying from side to side
in the afternoon
went to a chinese physician
waited for like 1 hour before finally my turn
and....
he told me
my neck, shoulder arm muscles are very stiff
I had not been exercising for quite awhile (i only nv exercise for like 1 week)
sleep late (11.30pm)
and stare at the com too much (i agree >_<)
he massage and massage
and damm
It was painful...
i can still feel abit of the achingness right now
then later
he said he will do 九针.
and naturally i will think he is doing accupunture
but in the end...
he did another thing
those bottle thing with fire and hot air inside
that put on your body which suck up the muscles and give a pop pop pop sound
think it is called 火罐.
not too sure about that....
and now i have 6 very big purple marks on my back

then the medicine...
1 big bottle of black liquid that smells like chinese wine and taste weird
and 2 packets of medicine
with that
right now my giddyness is rather light
but vision is still kinda swaying about
mum told me to stay home today
smth which i dun mind =x
hopefully 2mr i would be alright
had enough of being sick
