Anime intro time
Just finished it today
Name : Itazura na Kiss
Genre : Romantic Comedy, Slice of life
Plot : Itazura na Kiss tells the love story of Kotoko and Naoki from their days as high school students to their marriage. The story continues after the marriage as they continue to grow as a couple. The story starts with Kotoko finally building up the courage to confess to Naoki Irie by giving him a love letter but was rejected in front of everybody. After that humiliating moment, she decided to give up on her love for Naoki. That same day, the Aihara's newly-built home was destroyed during a mild earthquake due to poor construction. They ended up staying in the Irie household thus starting the development of their relationship.
Comments : Ok. For those who do not know, there is a manga of this. And it was in 1991. 17 Years!!! Gosh. But it seems that the author never published it finish as she met with an accident and passed away. Then I found out that the anime version of Itazura na Kiss, the ending plot will be the one that was originally intended for the manga ending. But I had my doubts of watching this...
1991 leh...Imagine the artwork during that time. Kinda bad...I saw a few pages of the manga...and it was really quite bad. But this was the most popular manga of that time. Wow...
So I watch the 1st episode, the artwork i really canot tahan...
But the 1st episode is also what caught me
Not isit only funny, but rather kinda abit emotional at the later episodes. Kinda serious I would say. So I would reccomend ppl to watch this as the story line is kinda good despite the storyline coming from 1991.
