Went to Polyclinic today
To have my arms checked out
And the Doctor said this
"When you are in this kind of sport, such cases are common. However as time goes by, your bones will tend to give way and eventually loosen up. Normally for people, such cases only happen like when they are around 50s where all the aching starts to sets in like maybe osteoporosis take place. However for you, you might get such cases as early in your 30s.
You see, how does the human body works. Normally when you carry heavy load or something you will get back pain right? Then when you never give it a rest but continue, this is more or less a repetitive circle, your body will record this down and then the same problem happen over and over again. When you are injured and you are not completely healed and yet still continue, the circle of injuries repeat all over again and then as time goes by, your body will give way and then you get all these problems.
For my advice, you might want to change to another sport such as swimming?"
Change sport???

Not until at least I get my ShoDan
"I reccomend you to not do any training and rest for 1 month. During this time, do not do any strenous exercise that might further injure your arm."
